These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyFounderBlueprint (the "Service"), operated by My Founder Blueprint ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

MyFounderBlueprint offers a guided, AI-assisted session ("The Founder Session") in which you answer a series of questions about a business idea. Based on your answers, the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate a strategic summary document ("Your Founder Blueprint"). The Founder Blueprint is a one-time digital deliverable, purchased for a fee shown at checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service.

3. Payment

The Founder Blueprint is sold as a one-time payment, processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Pricing shown at checkout is the price charged; we reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time.

4. AI-Generated Content — Please Read

Your Founder Blueprint is generated by an artificial intelligence system based on the answers you provide. It is offered for informational and educational purposes only, and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. AI-generated content can be incomplete, generic, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and deciding whether and how to act on any content produced by the Service. We recommend consulting qualified professionals (an attorney, accountant, or business advisor) before making significant business or financial decisions.

5. Your Content and Our Content

You retain ownership of the answers and information you provide during the Founder Session. Once generated, your Founder Blueprint is yours to use, print, and build from for your own business purposes. The Service itself — including its design, software, branding, and underlying methodology — remains our property and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

6. Third-Party Handoff (ESTAGE)

At the end of the Service, you may be offered the option to continue building your business on ESTAGE, a separate, independently operated platform. Your use of ESTAGE is governed entirely by ESTAGE's own terms of service and privacy policy, not this document. We are not responsible for ESTAGE's products, pricing, or availability.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any business outcome will result from using it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
