• Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, provided when you start a Founder Session.
• The business idea and answers you provide during the Founder Session (used to generate your Founder Blueprint).
• Payment information processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Basic technical information (such as browser type) collected automatically as part of normal web hosting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Deliver the Founder Session experience and generate your Founder Blueprint.
• Process payment for your purchase.
• Communicate with you about your session, purchase, or support requests.
• Improve the Service over time.

3. AI Processing

To generate your Founder Blueprint, the answers you provide during the Founder Session are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, maker of Claude) for processing. This data is used solely to generate your personalized results and is subject to that provider's own data-handling practices for API requests.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI processing of your Founder Session answers.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for your session and lead information.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is needed to operate the Service as described above.

5. Local Browser Storage

The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember your progress through the Founder Session (so you don't lose your answers if you close the tab). This data stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie in the advertising sense.

6. Data Retention

We retain your session and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@onlinemarketingfuel.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the CCPA or GDPR).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
